For the fifth time, our apprentices in their final year were allowed to create their own beer and thus their journeyman's piece as part of “Project Maisel”. Once again, they have chosen a very special style of beer that requires a great deal of finesse. The Maisel & Friends apprantices from the various professions have been working on their joint project for over six months. Not only can they use the skills they have learned during their training, but they can also immerse themselves in areas of activity that they were previously unfamiliar with. From the design of the label to the development of the recipe, the trainees take the helm - always actively supported by experienced colleagues.
