Maisel's Weisse
For the true fan, a genuine "Weissbier" has to be from Bavaria, of course. There is no other beer type that can represent Bavarian lifestyle, white-blue skies and a summer refreshment in a better way than this wheat beer can. We, as a down-to-earth family business, rely on best ingredients, top quality and traceable origin. And for our brew master, love for the product comes first. For us, wheat beer is not just another beer but a way of life!

Edelhopfen
A fresh and yummy Pilsner is something nobody would say no to. Regarding carbohydrates or superfluous calories that's quite different. Our "Edelhopfen" tastes as mildly bitter and spicy as a conventional Pils, but it is low in calories due to its strong fermentation, which means that it contains 75% less carbohydrates. And, as compared to our standard Maisel's Pilsner, it also contains less alcohol. So, it is not without reason that it is Germany's most consumed low carb Pilsner.

Bayreuther Bierbrauerei AG
In Bayreuth and neighboring Franconian Switzerland, bottom-fermented beers in swing top bottles have a long tradition. In former times, these beers were stored in the breweries' beer cellars. Today they are still made leaving plenty of time for maturation. Our brewery has always been true to this tradition. For more than 150 years now, our brew masters have been brewing unique Franconian beer specialties using their artisanal skills and great passion.
