Take a sip of Europe!
Brewed with six different European hop varieties, Maisel & Friends Europia is a textbook example of a European-style IPA: floral and fruity, full-bodied, with a gentle hint of bitterness.
This beer is the result of the seventh Project Maisel, in which our final-year apprentices are given the opportunity to create their own beer. Their project was inspired by our home, Europe - a continent that is home to a wide variety of people. The hop varieties used are just as diverse: different worlds of aroma come together to create an incomparable flavor - a characterful IPA.
Just like the beer itself, the apprentices are a colorful mix as well: twelve apprentices, different personalities, strengths, and professions, united by one common goal – creating their own masterpiece.
Europia stands for diversity, unity, and creativity, as well as a European identity that is lived openly, vibrantly, and with confidence. Brewed for moments best shared together.

Maisel & Friends Europia
Project Maisel 2026
EUROPIA shines in the glass with a golden glow. The combination of six European hop varieties unfolds a multifaceted aroma: herbal and grassy notes reminiscent of mint, lemongrass, lemon balm, and lavender. These are complemented by fruity accents of raspberry, mandarin, lychee, and bergamot, which elegantly enhance the bouquet. Despite its 6.3% alcohol content, this European-style IPA feels pleasantly light and easy to drink, delivering its complexity to your taste buds with every sip. The moderate bitterness harmoniously rounds out the beer. Try EUROPIA and embark on your mini-trip through Europe.
